Silver Topiary
The Silver Coated Ceramic Antiqued Candle Stick forms the stem for this topiary.

The base is my Antiqued Silver Coated Ceramic Planter (sold out) turned upside down. Place a matching Antiqued Silver Coated Ceramic Candle Holder on top of the planter.

I add a simple O'Dapter and filled that with foam and added flowers.

Green Plastic O'Dapter (used in picture, on the left, to hold the fresh or silk foam and the flowers)
Turns any Candlestick into a flower holder.

The planter sold out raises the whole thing up. Permanently adhere the candlesick to the planter with Acrylic Water.

You may also add simple flowers at the base of the candlestick ... if you wish.
